We at Umayal Sarees strive to ensure customer satisfaction. But strictly no returns / no exchange for unsatisfied items. So kindly review your order before confirming your purchase. Exchange is accepted only for defective or damaged products.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or wrong items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Return Process

• Our team will review your request and provide instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exchange

We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, contact us with order details.
